As they say a girl can never can enough makeup brushes, but it can be intimidating for a beginner on how the choose the right brushes! Nowadays in the cosmetic industry, everyone is coming out with variety of brushes which can be a bit confusing if you don’t know where to start.  So, today I’ll guide you through all the essential makeup brushes a beginner should have.

These are all the Essential brushes using which you can beat that face 😉

Foundation Brush

Sigma F80

For applying foundation you need a flat top brush like this to press your foundation into the skin using a stippling motion to get that airbrushed finish. You should make sure that it’s dense enough to easily press the foundation onto your skin

Powder Brush:

To apply powder you just need a large, rounded brush to dust the powder all over your face.

Blending Brush:

To apply a transition shade in your crease, you need a fluffy blending brush. It is preferable to have a large and a small one, to use according to the look you want.

Eyeshadow Brush:

To press an eyeshadow on your lids you need a flat eyeshadow brush

Pointed Eye Brush:

It can be used to blend an eye shadow in a specific area but I like to use it to apply eye shadow to my lower lash line as It has a Pointed tip.

Blush Brush:

For blush you need something similar in shape to a powder brush, but It should be smaller in size to apply your blush to the specific area on your cheeks.

Fan Brush:

And for the best part, i.e to apply your highlighter you need a fan brush. It helps to give to give a slight glow on the high points of your cheeks and saves you from putting alot of product at once.

Eyeliner/Inner corner Highlight Brush:

You need an angled brush to apply your Gel Eyeliner. And to highlight your inner corners a small pointed brush can do the job!

Contouring Brush:

For contour you need an angled and tapered brush to get in the hollow of your cheeks and give you that perfect contoured cheeks!
